I don’t know about you, but one of my favorite parts about Sunday mornings is having time to enjoy a nice cup of coffee! This morning’s coffee was a Starbucks Papua New Guinea roast.
I did not notice until after I purchased it, but surprisingly this is actually a blonde roast. Typically, Asia-Pacific coffees tend to be dark roasts, especially because of their earthy flavor.
I brewed this a bit stronger than I would normally, as I usually drink dark roasts, and it was a tasty cup of coffee! It still had the typical earthy and cedary spice undertones of a Asia-Pacific coffee, but with a lighter body.
